The 41-year-old posed for a photo with the reality show star who now fronts ITV2 show Take Me Out The Gossip.
Ten years ago Mrs Hitchinson was a size 22 and dropped four dress sizes before being hired as a Slimming World consultant and running groups in Faversham, Herne Bay and Canterbury.

Now a district manager for Slimming World in Kent, she has maintained her size 14 figure.
"Meeting Mark was the perfect ending to a great 2012," she said.
"He couldn't have been more charming. He didn't say much because there were 3,000 consultants to meet, but he was lovely."
The TOWIE star said: "I was absolutely blown away by the people who joined us on stage. I couldn't believe how much weight they'd lost and what a difference it had made to their lives."
