ANDY SCOTT , 35, from Westgate, said: "I have lots of experience working on the railways, construction and factories. "The last job I had was an agency job on a temporary contract. There are so few permanent jobs these days. "The issue for me at the moment is I need a CSCS health-and-safety card to work and it costs £30 which I cannot afford on my Jobseeker's Allowance. "Hopefully, I can get that sorted out soon and get back into work. I would take a part-time or temporary job but we would not be able to survive on the wage."
