There's still time to sign up for Folkestone's first 10k run
FOLKESTONE'S first 10km run takes place at the end of this month, and there is still time to sign up.
Runners will leave the former Rotunda site on the seafront at 10am on Sunday, May 27.
Race director Ray Johnson said: "I am delighted with the response so far and equally pleased with all the support from the many sponsors. We are also looking for further sponsorship and prizes, so please get in touch.
"This is a flat promenade route, traffic-free and a great race for those who are relatively new to running, but also for those more experienced looking for a good personal best. The event will be supporting local and international charitable causes, and participants are encouraged to run for their chosen charities."
