Great food, service and reasonable prices
“ We were both impressed by the quality and taste of the food we tried last night at Valentina, and thought price for what we got was very reasonable.. Food was well prepared and served, and staff not only very helpful but knowledgeable too. We had house wine which at £15 or so tasted as good as anything I would expect for £10+ at a supermarket, so again good value. Fairly lively atmosphere also for a mid-week evening. There were also some great looking and very cheap pizzas on offer, but we didn't try those - for another time probably :) ”

Lovely food to take away too
“We've eaten in Valentina a couple of times, and have always enjoyed it but where this place really excels is on the Deli side of things. We often stock up on breads, cheeses, meats, sweet pastries and other bits and pieces and put on a lovely spread for guests.

They also sell a few bits and pieces for pets, and I'm currently hankering after a lovely Alessi pet food bowl! ” -

Good Italian Deli Restaurant
“This restaurant opened up over the summer and we decided to pop in and sample some of their offerings. Glad we did. At the front of the shop is a gorgeous little Italian deli selling all kinds of cheese and meat etc, and then you go through to the restaurant which has a cosy, rustic feel to it. The service is friendly and chatty without being intrusive, and the food arrives quickly. They do delicious homemade pasta dishes, and good quality coffee if you don't finish too late. I will be returning for some more tastes of Italy. ”
