“ I don't usually write these sort of things on the internet. But I was referred to Adel and AEB heating and plumbing services via this website and felt that after the great service I received that I should write a review in kind. Id been meaning to have my heating system replaced with a new boiler for some years now having used the same boiler for 15 years. My local new paper suggested this website and after having several estimates and based on reviews already given to AEB heating and plumbing I decided to go with them. Although they were not the least expensive estimate given, we decided that we wanted a quality job done at good value for money, thus AEB heating seemed ideal. Adel turned up on the first day of work on time and in high spirits. This was consistent over the couple of days that the work took to do. I was surprised that replacing 6 radiators and a combi boiler only took a couple days to do. None the less, Adel was efficient and finished the work on time. I was extremely pleased with the overall finish of the work, Adel always ensured that his work space was kept tidy and never had a problem with me popping in to see how the work was coming along. He was patient when explaining what he was doing and always had time to ensure that I was totally happy with the progress of the work . Upon completion Adel Showed us all the work and explained how to use the brand new boiler to to contact him if we needed any further advice as to how to best use it. When It came to making payment, AEB was willingly flexible towards how we wanted to make payments. The secretary over the phone was totally efficient and always polite to talk to. I would definitely consider using AEB in the future and already have a service booked for the boiler with them in a years time.... Work completed in Five Oak Green, Kent. ”
