Why I like Kent
Beautiful relaxing place with alot of future opportunties ... i am waiting too see regenerating margate by MTCRC will love to move in there.....or at least own a nice brand new house there , with a new park ...
Why I don't like Kent
council isnt too helpfull to attract investors to come invest in kent for example not able to deal with MTCRC THERE IS ALOT ROOM TO IMPROVE ITS ATITUDE TO OUTSIDE INVESTORS AND TO OUTSIDERS IN GENERAL
