Eastwood, 33, of The Paddock, Tonbridge, was charged with three counts of Grievous Bodily Harm (GBH).

Harbour, 28, of West End, in Brasted, was charged with two counts of GBH.

The charges relate to an incident in which a 27-year-old man was allegedly hit with a "metal implement" at the club in Martyrs Avenue.

The victim remains in hospital in a serious but stable condition and officers have now located his next of kin.

The police previously believed the victim to be a 30-year-old Polish national.

However, having established contact with the man's family, it has now been confirmed he is a 27-year-old Ukrainian national who was living in Crawley at the time of the incident.

Eastwood and Harbour were remanded in custody and are due to appear at Lewes Crown Court on November 12.
