PAUL Merton returns to stand-up comedy in Out Of My Head at Canterbury's Marlowe Theatre on Tuesday, April 24.

His first new show since 1998 promises a night of sketches, music, magic and variety.

MICHAEL Law takes his Piccadilly Dance Orchestra to the Marlowe on Thursday, April 26 for You're The Top, the first concert organised by the Marlowe Friends in the new auditorium.

The programme includes tunes from the 1920s to the 1950s with hits from Broadway and the West End and featuring the likes of Porter, Gershwin, Coward and Berlin.

The 10-piece orchestra is joined by Whitstable vocalist Louise Cookman and Canterbury's Michael Law himself.

Louise has also appeared with the BBC Big Band several times and provided the music for the Savoy Hotel Sunday Tea Dances.

COMEDIAN Sarah Millican has sold out her show Thoroughly Modern Millican on Monday, April 23, at Canterbury's Marlowe.

Also sold out are the Philharmonia Orchestra concert on Wednesday, April 25 and An Evening of Burlesque on Friday, April 27.

There are a few seats left for Midnight Tango with the stars of Strictly Come Dancing Vincent Simone and Flavia Cacace at the Marlowe Monday May 7 to Saturday May 12.
