I almost never send anything in the mail these days in any case, and at 60p a time, I am even less likely to use the service.
As for parcels, I don't send many, but I often get them delivered, as I regularly buy items online. I consistently get a better, quicker, more reliable service from commercial carriers, such as UPS, FedEx, and DPD, than I do from Royal Mail.”
