The deadline to enter this year's Children's Mutual Tunbridge Wells Half Marathon is fast approaching.

Hopeful participants have just seven days to get their names on the list for the 13 mile challenge, which has almost reached its capacity of 2,500 runners.

Race director Sarah Russell said: "We are thrilled with the fantastic response to the event this year and thank you all for your support so far."

Runners are encouraged to register as soon as possible before the last places are taken.

Mrs Russell said: "We are looking forward to a really exciting event on 28th February 2010. See you there."
