Woman dies after collapsing in Rochester street
A WOMAN has died after collapsing in front of shoppers in a busy street.
The lady, who was in her 30s, suffered a heart attack and brain haemorrhage while out in Star Hill, Rochester, at 1.40pm on Thursday.
Ambulance crews were called and used CPR to revive her before the air ambulance landed in Jackson's Field.
Its doctor recognised the haemorrhage symptoms and had her flown to a neurological centre in Romford, Essex, 12 minutes away by helicopter but they were unable to save her.
