The format for the match, against a team of the club's members, was a better ball stableford and the final result was very close.
Tunbridge Wells edged it by three points, scoring 179 points to Michael House's 176.
Tunbridge Wells Golf Club's chairman Steve Grogan was delighted to have hosted the match.
"I think if they had played the course before then they might have won," he said. "They were perfectly behaved, well mannered and it was an absolute pleasure to play them.
"They have played nine courses so far and said that the greens at Tunbridge Wells Golf Club are the best they have played since they have been here."
He added that the school had said it planned to make other trips in the future and the course would be put on their agenda.
