SEVENOAKS Town return to action this Saturday when they host Beckenham Town at Greatness Park, kick-off 3pm.

Darren Anslow's side weren't in action last weekend and will be looking to build on the positive results they picked up against Tunbridge Wells in the Kent Senior Trophy as well as the battling 2-2 draw secured at Lordswood recently.

Meanwhile, Sevenoaks FC were in action and were kicking themselves after letting a two-goal slip in their Haart of Kent County League Division 2 East game at Hawkenbury. An own goal and a Dave Blundell strike sent them in at the break well in control, but two goals from Hawkenbury in the last 10 minutes saw the win slip away.

"We missed so many chances, but nobody could see the final score coming," joint manager John James admitted. "However, Hawkenbury scored two goals and were unlucky not to win after we lost our way and gave the ball away all over the pitch."

The result leaves Sevenoaks FC fifth, while Guru Nanak join FC on 28 points after a 0-0 draw at Hadlow Evolution.

Sevenoaks FC: Dave Norburn, Matt Baddeley, Scott Willard, Stuart Clarke, John Eastwood, Dave Blundell (Matt Compton 65 mins), Brad Draper (capt), Shaun Blyth, Tom Cobb, Dave Sansom (Gary Barnes 65mins), Joe Williams. Sub (unused) Steve Cosby.
