Katie helped her country to a bronze medal in the relay with a fine swim
Before that she claimed two goal medals at the south-east regional championships in the 50m backstroke in a record time and the 50m freestyle.
Her twin sister Alice is also a lightning quick swimmer who herself has recorded times of national standard.
