Street dance classes help teens boost confidence
SPORT 4NRG has helped Hartsdown students Emma-Jayne Chadwick and Amelia Read, both 17, to boost their confidence and increase their physical fitness.
Best friends Emma-Jayne and Amelia joined Sport 4NRG streetdance classes four years ago and encourage students from their school to join the Sport 4NRG programme.
Emma-Jayne said: "I really enjoy coming to the streetdance classes.
"I wouldn't know what to do every Wednesday if I didn't come here, I would be bored.
