A VALUABLE statue of a female flautist worth more than £2,000 has been stolen from a garden in Biddenden.

The ornament was stolen from the garden in Fosten Lane at some point between April 18-19.

At 4ft 3in tall and mounted on a heavy stone base, it would have been too heavy for one person to lift.
