On bail: Rajvir Singh outside Sevenoaks Magistrates' Court on February 15
The incidents allegedly happened on November 6 and 8 last year at the Chicken Hut takeaway restaurant in St John's Hill, Sevenoaks Magistrates' Court heard on February 15.
David Applin, prosecuting, told the court that some of the victims were just 13 years old.
"Three teenagers, two girls and one young man went into the Chicken Hut on November 6 and Mr Singh was serving," he said.
"He invited the girls to go out the back and then exposed his penis to them.
"The same incident, but a little worse, happened on November 8 in the same place.
"Three young teenagers, two of them the same girls as on the previous occasion, went into the shop and Mr Singh approached them.
"This time he asked one of them for sex and then exposed the whole of his genitals to them."
After the court heard the allegations, Laura Hollingham, defending Singh, spoke of how the witnesses exposed themselves to the defendant.
She said: "Mr Singh accepts that he was present but he did not expose himself.
"He says that the witnesses cause a lot of trouble in the shop and would pull down their trousers, 'mooning' him I think it is called.
"He says this was the case especially on November 8."
The court heard that Singh, who is from Middlesex, had no bad character references and will return for a two-day trial on May 30 and 31.
He was released on conditional bail.
