The event will also fund a "shelterbox" which contains essential supplies for a disaster zone.
Burkina Faso was formerly the Republic of Upper Volta.
Rob Smythe, chairman of the club's International Service Committee, said: "One in five children of Burkina Faso die before they are five.
"The area has 14 million people but ranks 175 out of 177 on the United Nations' human development index.
"Almost half of the rural population is without clean water and 87 per cent lack sanitation."
The cost of providing it is £553,000, of which £448,000 has already been found.
Rotary District 1120, of which Whitstable is a member, is trying to raise the remaining £105,000.
The clothes are coming from Two's Company in Deal which Bob runs with his wife Barbara.
He said: "We have six exciting, funky brands this spring which all have a real wow factor.
"Some of our customers have agreed to model them. Other models will be friends of club members."
Jewellery and accessories will be on sale.
Tickets cost £12.50 from the Marine on 01227 272672. Doors open at 7.15pm.
