The gig starts at 7.45pm.

Walsh has appeared on several TV panel and comedy shows over recent months, popping up on Mock the Week and Never Mind The Buzzcocks on BBC2, Michael McIntyre's Comedy Roadshow on BBC1 and Channel 4's Stand Up For The Week.

A spokesman for the theatre said: "Don't miss stand-up's freshest young upstart as he presents an all-new show of razor-sharp observational comedy.

"Seann is the most frighteningly precocious talent to emerge from the UK comedy circuit in ages.

"Within two years of his first comedy performance in 2007, Seann became the winner of the Leicester Mercury Comedian of the Year.

"Shortly after, other accolades included Chortle Best Breakthrough Act Nominee 2010 and Chortle Best Compere Nominee 2011."

The Independent said Walsh has a "disarming presence" while the Sun said he "is an extremely funny man – so don't miss the opportunity to see him on tour".

Chortle's comedy guide described him as "howlingly funny", and Time Out magazine added: "With the looks, gags and charm to become something quite special, Walsh is this generation's Dylan Moran".

Walsh, from Brighton, recently secured his first regular TV job. He joined Dave panel show Argumental as a team captain, alongside Sean Lock and Robert Webb, replacing Marcus Brigstocke, Rufus Hound and John Sergeant.

Tickets for the show, priced £12, are available by calling 01227 769075 or visiting www.thegulbenkian.co.uk
