Residents help clean dirty streets
KEEN litter pickers in the High Brooms area pulled together to give the streets a much-needed clean-up.
Organised by the Four Roads Residents' Association, those living in Montgomery Road, Cunningham Road, Cunningham Close and Tedder Road donned their gloves and got down and dirty for the cause.

The group, which announced in December it wanted to spruce up the area after feeling it had been "neglected", is now gearing up for its Diamond Jubilee celebrations.
Mrs Cooper said it was planning a fun-filled day on the South View Road green, including stalls, games and competitions.
