Pupils' hands-on farm lesson
SOMETIMES children can sound like a herd of wild animals. But the tables were turned when teachers put farming on the time-table.
Pigs, goats, chickens and a cow became part of the lessons when James and Abby Brindley took their mobile farm to Reculver Primary School on Friday.

Teacher Amanda Halsey said: "The children spent a good few hours meeting the animals. They held some little chicks and one of the chickens even laid an egg, which was very exciting for the children.
"They fed the lambs and goats with milk and learned how to look after the animals. It was a lovely morning for everyone."
