Pulman snatches crucial win for Whitstable
A CLINICAL strike from Ian Pulman just four minutes from time was enough to give Whitstable Town a crucial 1-0 victory at home to fellow strugglers Chipstead on Saturday.
After a dull first half in which neither side threatened, Whitstable took control and attacked throughout an entertaining second period.

On the ball: Ian Pulman, left, scored the winner for Town.
Pulman's goal was his first for Town's senior team since he rejoined the club after a spell playing professional football in Australia.
Although Whitstable remain third from bottom on Ryman League Division One South, they have games in hand on the sides immediately above and below them.
Whitstable manager Mark Munday said: "From number one to 11 we were superb.;
"Neither side put their mark on the first half, but in the second there was only one side in it."
Whitstable are away tomorrow evening to title chasing Croydon Athletic and then face further away games at Eastbourne Town (Saturday) and Whyteleafe (Tuesday).
