Old Hartsdonian v Broadstairs B
THIS comfortable win against a young Broadstairs side saw high flying Harts continue their unbeaten start to the season.
For Hartsdonians Jordan Cox (33*) and Sam Delo (32) set the pace with a brisk 50-plus first wicket partnership, helping their side to 153-4.
There were wickets for both Ben Pryce and Matthew Marson.
Pryce (13) then battled hard for Broadstairs, but the bowling of Delo (3-2) was central to dismissing them for just 54.
Broadstairs A v Margate A
Having seen title rivals Old Hartsdonian win their game, Broadstairs went into this match knowing nothing less than victory would do.
Good batting from Archie Ralph-Harding (15) and Tom Marshall (13) helped them to 126-4, in the process setting a big target for Margate.
However 'Gate had a go, thanks to a stubborn knock from Joe Morris (24) and 62 extras from a generous Broadstairs.
However nobody else could make it into double figures as the Margate innings finished on 103.
Harding finished with bowling figures of 2-21.
Margate A v Margate B
THE fixtures computer gave Margate A a second game this week, against their B-side club-mates no less.
Josh Chivilo (16) and Josh Tumber (20) guided Margate A to 100-2.
Morris (3-10) then wrecked the B-team's reply, restricting them to 46-4.
Under-13s
Margate v Sandwich
MARGATE made a disastrous start here as their top batsmen all succumbed for just eight runs between them, the innings concluding on 73-5 thanks largely to Josh Chivilo (20*).
This never looked enough and despite some good bowling by Chivilo (2-17) Sandwich secured a three wicket win with two overs to spare.
Old Hartsdonian v Margate
LOOKING to keep the pressure on league leaders Nelson, Old Harts made a good start here as Margate wickets fell at regular intervals.
But the last pair of Tom Winch (13) and Tom Fleet (11) lifted 'Gate to 72 all out.
That total at least gave Margate something to bowl at, which is exactly what they did.
Sam Percival conceded only nine runs in his three overs while Luke Harrington then pickled up 1-7 in the space of two overs.
There were also a couple of run-outs.
Nathan Peace (23) had quietly been accumulating runs but eventually ran out of batting partners, Margate winning by just four runs.
Under-15s

BROADSTAIRS struggled here as Elliot Fox (10) and Jamie Fowler (10) made it into double figures, the team reaching 76-4.
For Margate Chivilo (19) and Carter (25*) took the score past 50 as their side cruised to a five wicket win with four overs to spare.
