Lisa liaising with owners
EDENBRIDGE has 17 homes that have been empty for more than six months.
One of these is this house in Wellingtonia Way, with three of its four sets of windows boarded up.
Sevenoaks District Council spokesman Daniel Whitmarsh said the council employed a dedicated empty homes officer, Lisa Webb, who works with owners of abandoned homes to bring them back into use.
He added: "She is currently working with five home owners in Edenbridge to help them access advice, loans and grants.
