Investigation launched into Marshwood Industrial Estate fire
A FIRE on the Marshwood Industrial Estate in Canterbury has been tackled by firefighters this afternoon - but the cause is not yet known.
The blaze broke out in a building used a vehicle storage at lunchtime and at the height of the fire around 35 firefighters from Kent Fire and Rescue were battled to put out the flames.

Crews managed to extinguish the two-storey fire and the operation in Marshwood Close has now been scaled down to two fire engines.
A spokesman for the fire service said: “Crews remain on the scene damping down and clearing smoke from the building.
