SUNDRIDGE: The owners of Hill View House are asking for a certificate of lawful development as the house was built without permission.

Permission to build a house on the site, at Sundridge Place Farm, in Church Lane, was granted in 1981 but the house that was built in 1988 was different to the one given the go-ahead.

The application argues that as the house has been there so long it is now immune from enforcement action.
