Hospitals want to hear your worries
EAST Kent Hospitals Trust has set up Patient Partnership Groups in the hope of solving complaints before they reach the courts.
Matrons and other medical and surgical staff will hold a series of informal meetings every month with patients and relatives to discuss problems and ways to improve care on the wards.

FIRST MEETING: Kent and Canterbury Hospital
The first will be in the Lecture Theatre at the Kent and Canterbury Hospital in Ethelbert Road, Canterbury, on Monday at 2pm.
The William Harvey Hospital in Ashford will host the second on Tuesday and the third will be at Margate's Queen Elizabeth the Queen Mother Hospital next Thursday. For details call Matron Kim Wilson on 01843 234397.
