Gas firm put their shirts on winning Whitstable
Whitstable Cricket Club have managed to get the season off to a winning start, both on and off the field.
The Belmont based club, who beat Broadstairs on Saturday in their first game of the season, have signed a shirt sponsorship deal for the 2012 season with local Whitstable firm Invicta Gas Ltd.
The company, which is based in Oxford Street, will have its logo on all the club playing shirts, from the first team all the way down to the juniors.
The deal was organised by Mark Blake, from Worcester Bosh.

Invicta Gas owner Terry Walder, together with son Nick, handed over the cheque to Whitstable's Director of Colts Cricket Steve Holness.
"This is a great boost for the whole club," said Holness, who among other things organises Whitstable's popular Saturday morning Kwik cricket and junior coaching sessions.
