TEENAGE sailing starlet Zoe Beyerman took 12th position at RS Tera Sailing Nationals.

The 74 entrants completed three races over two days at Netley Sailing Club, Southampton, but light sea breeze conditions proved frustrating for Flimwell based Zoe.
The 13-year-old sails best in strong winds and before the event a top five position had been predicted.
However, with much enthusiasm and perseverance she worked hard finishing in fifth position by the end of the first day before competing in even lighter breezes on Sunday to complete the Nationals in 12th position.
Zoe attends Beechwood Sacred Heart School, Tunbridge Wells and has been part of the (GBR) Great Britain RS Tera Youth squad for the last year.
She is now preparing for the World Series, taking place in Carnac, France in a fortnight's time.
