Firefighters tackle blaze at Boots Canterbury
EIGHTY firefighters were tackling a blaze at Boots store in Ten Perch Road, Wincheap, Canterbury this morning using 15 fire engines and a turntable ladder.
Nearby shops Mothercare and Argos were kept closed. The fire broke out at 7am. Firefighters had to break in to tackle the flames. An investigation into the mystery fire has been launched.
