After he received a harassment warning on November 7, he continued to make unwanted contact via Facebook, phone text and face-to-face, causing his victim alarm and distress.

Magistrates sentenced Allen to prison for 84 days, suspended for 12 months, and ordered him to pay costs of £85 and a £80 victim surcharge.

“With the utmost respect this article is inaccurate! It may be a good idea when reporting on something this simple to ensure you have the basic facts of the case correct! Luke Allen (my brother) was NOT; and hadn't been for some time before this case; a resident of Maison Dieu Place, Dover. He was in fact a resident of Reed Avenue in Canterbury.”
