people in Kent
asked for their views on bus services
The
Kent Valuing People Partnership is carrying out a survey of disabled people to
find out if they find local bus services easy and safe to
use.
The
short survey can be completed online at
http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/KentBusSurvey
Paper
copies can also be requested from Sue Bates, the Co-ordinator for the Kent
Valuing People Partnership on 07427
959840.
The
deadline for the survey is Friday 13 July and the information collected will be
put into a report and shared with bus services so that hopefully any issue can
be addressed to improve services in the future.
The
survey has been organised by Community Futures Kent which is part of The Kent
Valuing People Partnership. The Partnership also includes East
Kent Mencap and the North Kent Independent Advocacy Scheme and runs District
Partnership Groups to provide advocacy and community engagement work with people
with learning disabilities.
