EX-CHATHAM Town and Sheppey winger Dave Patterson has died at the age of 58 following complications after a fall.

He made his name with Arthur Hughes’ Kent League team of the mid-to-late 70s, but was also involved heavily with Medway Sunday League giants Cardjin.

His funeral will take place at Medway Crematorium next Wednesday (March 3) at 2.20pm.
