SHIM'S Way Jujitsu, based in Dover, were proud to host a seminar with Chris Crudelli, from BBC3's Mind Body and Kick Ass Moves.

More than 40 people attended from several clubs in the area and as far afield as Cambridge and Manchester.

The three-hour seminar covered Crudelli's ABC Combat System, the use of pressure points and rounded off with some chi gong meditation.

Sifu Chris Crudelli said: "It was great to see such a variety of martial artists at the seminar from kick boxing and MMA to traditional jujitsu and karate."

Master Stephen Pinfold, chief instructor of Shim's Way jujitsu club, said: "It was a great day's cross training, enjoyed by all, and will hopefully allow for further events between clubs in the future."
