A veteran trio from Ronnie Scott's club will supply hot rhythms to the sultry voice of Rachel Sutton. On the day itself, Puerto Rican publican and poet Scheherazade Pesante is knocking 50p off all draught ales and ciders to give you and your dad a treat. The way to a man's heart is through his belly and the Tree's opera-singing landlady has a menu of tasty nibbles. The Tree runs regular literary and musical events at the Margate Road tavern .
