COMMUTERS have asked their views on policing in Maidstone.

Officers patrolled stations across the borough to survey passengers on their concerns about crime and how it can be tackled.

Problems highlighted included speeding vehicles, litter and criminal damage in public spaces.

The operation will be repeated and police will also be visiting high streets and shopping centres in a bid to: "engage with as many of the public as possible."
