MARGATE have released winger Ben Clarke.

The jet-heeled youngster appeared in last night's 3-0 defeat against Tonbridge but has now left the club.

He could link up with former Blues boss Mark Butler who's taken on a consultancy role with fellow Ryman Premier League strugglers Carshalton. The sides meet later this month.
