Anger after Tunbridge Wells graves are left strewn with cut grass
A TUNBRIDGE Wells couple are furious they cannot see their loved ones' graves after council workers left cut grass strewn over tombstones.
Last week a bereaved father highlighted the unkempt state of an area of Tunbridge Wells Borough Cemetery in Benhall Mill Road.
John and Sandra O'Callaghan, of Birch Close, are livid Tunbridge Wells Borough Council workers have strimmed an area but not removed the cut grass, which the couple said was obscuring gravestones.
Mr O'Callaghan, 70, said: "Surely there's a respect all around for the dead? They've strimmed the grass but now it's covering all the graves and flowers."

"I rang my sister on Tuesday and she went to have a look and cried because she couldn't find the grave she was looking for."
